We are seeking a (Senior) Web Analyst (f/m/d)* to enhance our Tech B2C team at our Hamburg headquarters. In this role, you will analyze and interpret web data to gain insights into user behavior, enhance our online presence, and contribute to business growth. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will drive strategies to refine our tracking methodologies. Your work will involve close collaboration with our product department, as well as our data, marketing, design, and development teams to optimize our website and digital marketing initiatives.

- Proactively monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Snowplow, Tableau, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
- Investigate the causes of fluctuations in website performance.
- Coordinate the implementation and quality assurance of Snowplow tracking with Product Management, enhancing models for improved marketing attribution and user intent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align tracking strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and insights from web data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Work with marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by adhering to best practices in tagging and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Initial experience in web analytics or a comparable role.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Snowplow, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficient in English communication.
