As a vital member of our Tech B2C team based in Hamburg, you will engage in the analysis and interpretation of web data to enhance user experience, optimize our online presence, and contribute to business growth. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to refine our tracking strategies and improve our digital marketing initiatives.

- Proactively monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Snowplow, Tableau, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
- Investigate fluctuations in website performance to identify underlying causes.
- Coordinate the implementation and quality assurance of Snowplow tracking with Product Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and align tracking strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Extract trends and insights from web data to guide business strategies.
- Work alongside marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through best practices in tagging and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Initial experience in web analytics or a comparable role.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Snowplow, or similar.
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in English communication.
