Main Job Purpose

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting services to our shippers, helping them to achieve their goals through the effective use of our logistics software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and ongoing support to our shippers, enabling them to successfully utilize our products.
  • Offer best-in-class consulting services to our customers, assisting them in technical and transportation bid management tasks.
  • Analyze historical shipment/rate/contract data of our customers and provide consultancy based on the data within our applications.
  • Work with leading companies to set up their transport RFPs/RFIs.
  • Analyze customer bidding events on the platform and create scenarios using the analysis tools available on the platform.
  • Collaborate with an international team of employees supporting global customers.
  • Provide consultancy to large industry customers regarding the implementation of logistics tenders.
  • Conduct training (web-based, on-site, or in-house) for our customers.
  • Support other departments with project and customer information (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Accounting, IT).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in Logistics, ideally with a Transport Carrier.
  • Experience in Tender Management or transport purchasing is preferable.
  • Solid understanding of RFP processes and strong analytical skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent English and French; proficiency in German and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Goal-oriented work style and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
