Aufgaben
  • Kundenorientiertes Onboarding der globalen DACHSER Kunden in die DACHSER Platform
  • Erstellung des Roll-out-Plans mit Meilensteinen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Aufgaben
  • Koordination sowie Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Teams (Kundensupport, Training und Produktentwicklung)
  • Interaktion mit den Kunden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktentwicklung und dem Roll-out
Qualifikationen
  • Studium im Bereich des Informationsmanagements oder in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement oder im Bereich Customer Success Management, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Web-Plattformen oder SaaS
  • Kommunikationsfreude in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an neuen Medien und Digitalisierung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Launch von Softwareprodukten wönschenswert
