Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and document all internal operations projects, as well as operations tasks for product introductions.
  • Coordinate project changes and adaptations.
  • Responsible for project reports and KPIs.
  • Operations project management in internal and interdisciplinary projects, ensuring the consideration of operationally relevant topics.
  • Collect, validate, and coordinate business requirements, especially with relevant operational departments.
  • Motivate our teams to continuously improve our retail experience with attention to detail.
  • Develop operational project management processes.
  • Collaborate with other operational departments, project management, and technology to ensure timely project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge in the fields of operations and procurement.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering.
  • German and English language skills.
