Job Title: Product Line Manager

About the Role:

The Product Line Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for leading and managing the product line from concept to end-of-life. This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, markets, and business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
  • Develop product strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and requirements
  • Manage the product life cycle, from concept to end-of-life
  • Define product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage product budgets, including product costs and pricing
  • Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor product performance and conduct product analysis to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, markets, and business models
  • Experience in managing the life cycle of semiconductor products, from concept to end-of-life
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective product strategies
  • Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes and their impact on product design and development would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and semiconductor design and manufacturing regulatory requirements
