Senior Product Manager in Green Prop-Tech Startup

KUGU Home GmbH is a pioneering company in the green prop-tech industry, dedicated to making buildings CO-2-neutral and driving the energy transition. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our energy management product to success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, ideally in the development of cloud-based B2B SaaS products. They will be responsible for steering the further development of our energy management solutions to achieve perfect product-market fit and ensure an outstanding user experience.
The Senior Product Manager will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback, data analyses, and market trends form the basis of their decisions and drive relevant improvements and innovations.
The role requires a deep understanding of the IoT and energy market, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive cultural change in the organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, experience in building new business units, and a proven ability to lead products to product-market fit.

As a Senior Product Manager at KUGU Home GmbH, you will have the opportunity to work on a green field project, developing our energy management product based on functioning and proven AI models.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our energy management product to achieve perfect product-market fit and ensure an outstanding user experience.
- Pioneer customer experience by further developing scalable submetering products and increasing user satisfaction through innovative approaches.
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback, data analyses, and market trends form the basis of your decisions and drive relevant improvements and innovations.
- Create an excellent product culture by bringing strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and a high degree of principal thinking to our product development.
- Optimize complexity by ensuring efficient, stable, and reliable data interfaces and keeping complexity low to ensure smooth operations.
- Make innovation and data-driven decisions, using your deep understanding of the IoT and energy market to inform every strategic decision.
- Proven track record as a product manager (+5 years), ideally in the development of cloud-based B2B SaaS products.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in building new business units and leading products to product-market fit.
- Strong understanding of the IoT and energy market, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent (C1) in written and spoken German and English.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
