We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our energy management product to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering the further development of our energy management solutions to achieve perfect product-market fit and ensure an outstanding user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap for our energy management products, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based B2B SaaS products.
- Pioneer customer experience by working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable submetering products and continuously improve user satisfaction through innovative approaches.
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback, data analyses, and market trends inform your decisions and drive relevant improvements and innovations.
- Create an excellent product culture by bringing strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and a high degree of principal thinking to our product development.
- Optimize complexity by ensuring efficient, stable, and reliable data interfaces and keeping complexity low to ensure smooth operations.
- Make innovation and data-driven decisions, leveraging your deep understanding of the IoT and energy market to test, scale, and successfully develop new product lines.
We are looking for a seasoned product manager with a proven track record in developing cloud-based B2B SaaS products. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in building new business units, and a strong background in user research and pragmatic decision-making.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in the development of cloud-based B2B SaaS products.

- Fluency in written and spoken German and English (C1 level).
