About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup Deutschland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverber Management:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
    • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with applicants
    • Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles and records
  • Employee Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns
    • Process employee documentation, including contracts, benefits, and performance evaluations
    • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Customer Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and preferences
    • Develop and implement customized recruitment solutions to meet client requirements
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure client satisfaction and ROI
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
  • Language: Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
