• Advanced object and factory security tasks:
  • Greet visitors and suppliers warmly and guide them to their designated contacts.
  • Conduct access controls, monitor security and alarm systems, and remain vigilant during inspections and patrols.
  • Support preventive fire safety measures and provide first aid in emergencies.
• Patrol service duties:
  • During your patrols throughout the vibrant city of Berlin, oversee our client properties.
  • Depending on the location, your responsibilities will include various inspection and patrol rounds, as well as monitoring on-site security and alarm systems.
• Reception service responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors to the facility and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Check access permissions while monitoring security and alarm systems.
  • Assess the situation within the building during your inspections and patrols.
  • Your proficiency in English will be an asset in this role.
• Museum security tasks (Potsdam & Berlin):
  • We can offer you a position in our team with the qualification according to §34a GewO.
  • Ensure the internal and external security of the museum, with support from headquarters.
  • Manage closing activities during your inspections and report any irregularities.
  • In emergencies, collaborate with police and fire department officials during alarm responses.
• Additional responsibilities in gatekeeping, internal mail services, etc.

• Completion of IHK training according to §34a GewO (Only in specific locations)
• Successful completion of the IHK proficiency test according to §34a GewO or possess higher qualifications (Specialist and service personnel for protection and security, Certified security specialist / GSSK)
• A clean certificate of good conduct
• Strong oral and written communication skills in German
• Flexibility regarding varying work hours (early, late, night shifts)
• Preferably a Class B driver's license (depending on the role)
