As a Travel Assistance Representative, you will assist customers in organizing their travel itineraries, respond to inquiries, and guide them to their ideal destinations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls, messages, and emails from users of the website
  • Overseeing reservations, special requests, and complaints while providing solutions to users' inquiries
  • Exploring travel options customized to each customer's preferences
  • Adjusting reservations according to client requirements
  • Processing payments and cancellations for travel
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to manage unexpected changes
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
