Are you enthusiastic about travel and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support? Teleperformance Greece partners with one of the largest online travel agencies to provide exceptional service.

As a Travel Support Advisor, you will assist clients in planning their trips, respond to inquiries, and guide them through their travel experiences.

Be part of our team and help create memorable journeys for travelers

Responsibilities:
  • Address incoming calls, messages, and emails from users of the website
  • Manage bookings, special requests, and resolve complaints while providing solutions to users' inquiries
  • Explore travel options customized to each client's preferences
  • Adjust bookings according to client requirements
  • Handle payments and cancellations for travel arrangements
Requirements:
  • Proficient writing & verbal communication skills in German
  • Good command of English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective technical troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to adapt to unexpected changes
  • Experience in e-commerce is a plus
