South America Travel Expert

At Ventura TRAVEL, we're on a mission to unleash the adventurer in every person. As a Travel Specialist for South America, you'll be part of our team that creates and sells high-quality, authentic group trips to German-speaking clients. Your passion for South America and customer service will shine through in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell and promote our travel products to German-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
- Set up and optimize the presentation of our travel products on our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Guide our travelers before and after their trips, providing expert advice and support.
- Coordinate reservations with our flights department and local service providers in South America, ensuring smooth trip preparation and execution.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for your trips, driving sales and revenue growth.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or the tourism industry, preferably in group travel.
- Native-level oral and written knowledge of German (at least C2).
- Passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Fluent oral and written knowledge of English.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and bring a positive attitude to the team.
