Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and develop creative campaigns that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on all marketing activities and consistent delivery of brand messages.
- Measure and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Develop Creative Briefs: Create and manage creative briefs, develop concepts, and generate ideas that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage Marketing Activations: Oversee the execution of marketing activations and campaigns from inception through execution, ensuring high engagement and impact.
- Work with External Agencies: Collaborate with external agencies to develop marketing materials such as POS, digital assets, and merchandise.
- Present to Clients: Attend key client meetings, presenting marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Oversee Photography and Videography: Manage photography and videography for campaigns and events, ensuring high-quality results.
- Prepare and Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets, handle purchase orders, and oversee marketing P&Ls.
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance and ensure marketing efforts stay within budget, focusing on maximizing ROI.
- Ensure Marketing Content: Ensure marketing content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently implemented across channels.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to clients through regular reviews, meetings, and updates on campaign performance.
- Build Long-term Relationships: Build long-term relationships with clients to foster growth and increased brand investment.
- Incorporate Sustainable Practices: Incorporate sustainable practices and solutions in marketing initiatives to align with company sustainability goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
- Proven track record in account and project management.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Solid financial skills, including budget management.
- Exceptional time management skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple projects.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and delivering brand-focused marketing initiatives.
- Ability to identify marketing needs and offer creative solutions to drive business growth.
- Organized, flexible, and proactive with a strong, positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with suppliers and external agencies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation abilities.
