Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an internal technology project in the DSP area under scientific guidance
- Perform experiments on chromatography systems with subsequent product analysis (e.g. HPLC, ELISA,...)
- Develop mechanistic models for optimizing chromatography steps (GoSilicoTM Chromatography Modeling Software)
- Perform experiments to evaluate protein stability
- Calculate protein properties from sequence or structure

- Studies in Biotechnology, Technical Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biowissenschaften or similar
- Basic knowledge in protein purification (chromatography, filtration) and/or protein analysis desirable
- Quick understanding, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent and structured work style, as well as team spirit
- Safe handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Internship with a duration of 6 months or combination internship plus final project with a total duration of 6 months
