Project Overview
This thesis will explore the development of high cell density (HCD) process intermediates aimed at significantly reducing the time and risks associated with cell expansion. Additionally, it will delve into N-1 perfusion strategies that facilitate intensified fed-batch processes, showcasing significant potential for enhancing biomanufacturing efficiency. The objective is to establish intensified fed-batch processes for the production of therapeutic proteins.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Degree in biotechnology, technical biology, bioengineering, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, biosciences, or a related field
- Experience in cell culture practices
- Familiarity with fed-batch and perfusion processes is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
