Position: Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Location: Hannover, Germany

Compensation: Approximately €70-75K (negotiable based on experience)

Excelerate is a prominent local delivery service in Europe, specializing in field technical services that encompass infrastructure technical assistance, field maintenance, installations, networking support, and professional services. We pride ourselves on delivering highly tailored and adaptable solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

We are currently in search of a dedicated and proficient Infrastructure Operations Specialist to become a part of our team in Hannover. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a team-oriented atmosphere and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and identify performance challenges across infrastructure elements.
  • Implement standard procedures and best practices to swiftly troubleshoot and rectify issues.
  • Set up system components for maximum efficiency and dependability.
  • Conduct routine backup processes to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the execution of established initiatives.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must possess a valid Driving License in Germany.
  • Significant experience in infrastructure management and support for systems, networks, and communications.
  • Strong business insight with comprehensive knowledge of process flows and platforms.
  • Break Fix experience is crucial.
  • Proficient in managing administration, migrations, updates, and security tasks related to systems, networking, communications, and security.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Fluent in both German (B2/C1 minimum) and English (Professional proficiency).
