About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Söhner. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that outstanding invoices are paid in a timely manner and that the company's liquidity is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices from our Infor ERP system into our accounting software, IGF.
- Ensure that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date in our ERP system.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to payments.
- Verify that all shipments are properly recorded and accounted for in our system.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in accounting and credit management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial accounting software.
- Fluent in German, with English language skills a plus.
