Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage outstanding receivables to maintain company cash flow
  • Engage with clients regarding open invoices and payment inquiries
  • Facilitate the transfer of invoices from our ERP system to the accounting software
  • Ensure precise entry of goods shipments in relation to customer accounts
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in finance or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and financial management software
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and responsible approach to work
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
  • Fluent in German; English language skills are advantageous
