Söhner is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing outstanding payments, ensuring financial stability, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage outstanding receivables to maintain optimal cash flow
  • Engage with clients regarding open invoices and provide necessary payment clarifications
  • Facilitate the transfer of invoices from our ERP system to the accounting software
  • Ensure precise entry of goods shipments related to customer transactions
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting principles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and financial accounting software
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and responsible approach to work
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure
  • Fluent in German; proficiency in English is advantageous
