At Exyte, we're driven by a vision of innovation and excellence. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our shipping team in Renningen, Germany. This temporary, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our high-tech markets, including semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers.
About the Role
- Process shipping orders within Germany, the EU, and third countries, ensuring timely and proper order processing.
- Prepare and provide all necessary documents for shipping in collaboration with the order management team.
- Manage export documentation, export control, and registration of shipments with designated modes of transport.
- Coordinate internal company transport between Renningen and the production facility in Teplice, Czech Republic.
- Monitor and control corrective measures to ensure seamless order processing.
- Determine shipment type, packaging, and scope in coordination with the team and supervisor.
- Obtain and evaluate offers for national and international transportation.
- Act as an operational deputy to the head of department.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, such as management assistant for forwarding and logistics services.
- Knowledge of third-country processes.
- Experience in export control and processing shipping orders.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality, high flexibility, and reliability.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
