As a Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity Strategy & Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the security posture of our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards.
- Designing and executing strategic security initiatives to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance.
- Conducting in-depth evaluations of current security measures, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Establishing and defining cybersecurity maturity models to assess and track the organization's security progress.
- Managing third-party risks through robust vendor assessment and ongoing monitoring programs.
- Developing and maintaining security metrics and reporting systems to evaluate the effectiveness of security initiatives.
- Leading information security risk management projects, identifying potential threats and crafting tactical responses.
- Defining operational models for security functions to ensure alignment with business goals and operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across all business units, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2.
- Enhancing security awareness within the organization through tailored training programs.
- Designing and refining security processes to improve operational efficiency and response times.
- Driving the organization's cybersecurity governance efforts by establishing relevant policies and protocols.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to various stakeholders.
- Employing active listening to understand feedback from business units and translating it into actionable security strategies.
- Demonstrating empathy in addressing user security concerns, ensuring a user-focused approach to cybersecurity.
- Engaging in complex problem-solving to deliver strategic solutions for intricate cybersecurity challenges.
- Extensive knowledge and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity strategy and management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing comprehensive security programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
- Eligibility for NATO clearance is required.
