Position: Client Success Manager

Die Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen und internen Abläufen stellt für Dich eine spannende Herausforderung dar? Du hast eine Leidenschaft dafür, praktikable Lösungen zu entwickeln und diese technisch umzusetzen? Der Kontakt mit Kunden und die Erfüllung ihrer Bedürfnisse bereitet Dir Freude? Dann suchen wir Dich für diese strategisch bedeutende Rolle zwischen Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Entwicklungsteam.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Leitung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte und interner Initiativen
  • Beratung und Schulung von Interessenten sowie bestehenden Kunden
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für unsere Klienten
  • Erwerb von Zertifizierungen als Salesforce-Experte
  • Unterstützung des Verkaufsprozesses als technischer Ansprechpartner
UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
  • Starke Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, E-Commerce und elektronischer Rechnungsstellung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanken und objektorientierter Programmierung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und Webtechnologien
  • Interesse an komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
