Together with our colleagues from the SAP & Finance Transformation Solution Line, you will work closely with our clients to modernize business processes and integrate them into IT systems. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.
Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your consulting expertise to advance our SAP & Finance Transformation sector? Here’s how you can contribute:
- As a (Senior) Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead complex finance transformation initiatives.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and project leaders throughout the transformation process.
- Your experience in optimizing process and organizational structures in administrative areas such as accounting, controlling, and/or HR will be invaluable.
- You will contribute to the growth of the Digital Finance business area by acquiring new clients, enhancing existing relationships, and building the team.
- Additionally, you will engage in empirical studies, publish professional articles, and present at industry conferences.
- You possess at least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, along with project management and team leadership experience.
- You have a proven track record in acquiring and managing finance transformation projects for corporate and mid-sized clients.
- You demonstrate a deep and broad understanding of financial processes, organization, and technology, as well as current digitalization trends in finance, such as RPA and S/4.
- Your English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
- Your entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and solid expertise in relevant fields complete your qualifications.
