(Senior) SAP Transformation Manager (S/4HANA) in Process and Technology Consulting (m/f/d)

Collaborating closely with our colleagues from the SAP & Finance Transformation Solution Line, you will work hand-in-hand with our clients to modernize business processes and reflect them in IT systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your consulting expertise to advance our SAP & Finance Transformation sector? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Lead challenging and engaging (S/4HANA) transformation and optimization projects for prominent national and international firms.
  • Take charge of interdisciplinary, innovative projects on both national and international scales.
  • Assist in proposal development and lead contract negotiations.
  • Support the enhancement of business relationships with our clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for our clients, taking on project and leadership responsibilities.
  • Work within dynamic teams, demonstrating high motivation and stepping into a (sub-) project leader role based on your experience.
  • Guide companies through both process-level assessments (e.g., S/4HANA preliminary studies) and subsequent implementation projects.
  • Conduct quality management and assurance during S/4HANA transformations.
  • Actively participate in proposal creation and client presentations.
Your Profile
  • To become a (Senior) SAP Transformation Manager (S/4HANA) with us, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in industry and/or consulting in the following areas:
    • Process analysis and modeling
    • Implementation of SAP or SAP S/4 HANA, including customization knowledge in core SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, QM, CS, PM, WM, and FICO, or in advanced SAP solutions like Ariba or EWM.
  • Experience as a team or project leader across all project phases (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementation, Testing, Rollout) is essential.
  • You will impress our clients with your deep expertise, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is vital.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) will be advantageous.
  • Experience in leading teams (both functionally and disciplinarily) is required.
  • Fluency in German and English, along with a willingness to travel, will complete your qualifications.
