Process Measurement Systems Engineer

Process Measurement Systems EngineerWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Electrical Commissioning team within the Business Unit of Machining and System Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Implement process measurement technologies for electrical parameters (such as voltage, insulation, inductance, magnetism) and mechanical parameters (including diameter, position, depth, shape, tightness) in our assembly and machining facilities, ensuring optimal performance.
- Calibrate measurement sensors, verify electrical connections, install software on measurement devices, establish software links to machine controls, configure parameters for measurement programs and devices, validate measurement outcomes, and conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
- Collaborate with relevant departments (mechanical design, electrical design, commissioning) to troubleshoot and resolve measurement technology issues.
- Provide support for on-site installations addressing measurement-related challenges via phone, internet, or in-person assistance.
- Completed training in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens TIA or Beckhoff TwinCat) with experience in automation systems.
- Enthusiasm for independently acquiring new technologies and processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
- Strong interdisciplinary thinking and collaborative skills.
