Principal Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the success of our customers and internal teams by effectively designing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Adobe Consulting as the Lead Architect, advising on solution strategy, architecture, and technical implementation for AEM engagements.
- Coordinate with client teams to define use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to support business needs.
- Build system and application architectures to achieve defined digital experience and business needs.
- Engage and promote recommendations to senior client leadership teams.
- Work within a high-technical team to provide technical expertise in the design and planning of solutions with AEM.
- Effectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate recommendations to clients and partners.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
- Contribute to Adobe's AEM practices, collaboration channels, and share valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and mentor technical team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven multi-year experience with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix.
- Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, HTL, client/server-side scripting, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
- Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management.
- CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.
- Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React or Angular.
- Forward-thinking in terms of knowledge of the latest web technologies trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead conversations with peer-level audiences, including C-level executives.
- Mastery of risk management and the ability to handle challenging engagement situations in a proactive manner.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English, with other European languages a plus.
