Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Implement and migrate the corporate website to a new Content Management System (CMS)
  • Optimize website search engine rankings through collaboration with external agencies
  • Analyze website traffic and behavior using Piano analytics
  • Manage JIRA ticketing system using the SCRUM methodology

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for the Group's German teams, including content creation and community management
  • Lead LinkedIn training sessions for teams and executive boards, as well as employee advocacy programs
  • Support business units on social media-related topics
  • Develop and implement global YouTube and Vimeo strategies, as well as a strategy for the Group's video platform (ODDO BHF On Demand)

E-Reputation Monitoring and Management

  • Monitor reviews, brand sentiments, and comments about the Group using specific tools
  • Support HR and sales teams in responding to customer inquiries

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Participate in the Design Studio, a team focused on marketing innovation, to collaborate on external visibility initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Communications
  • Fluent in German, French, and English
  • Strong soft skills for team collaboration, especially in international environments
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think strategically and conceptualize campaigns
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and client expectations is a plus
  • Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology is a plus
