Position Overview

The Digital Content Specialist will engage in a variety of creative responsibilities that hold substantial strategic importance within the organization. This role is essential in supporting MotorK's clientele and the wider marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Modifying content within our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring text and images are updated according to client specifications.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and launch promotional landing pages.
  • Assisting clients across multiple platforms, including providing marketing support and reporting.
  • Managing issues by initiating tickets for client-reported bugs and coordinating resolutions with Support, Tech, and Development teams.
  • Maintaining client communication by providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Handling stakeholder interactions by addressing requests, complaints, and inquiries from dealers.
  • Supporting the local marketing team with translations, event organization, and content management for websites and social media channels.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Digital Content Specialist role will possess prior experience in Digital Project Management, preferably within the automotive sector.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns, including the creation and execution of lead-generating initiatives.
  • Proficiency in budget management, with the ability to analyze performance metrics effectively.
  • Background in sales and marketing, with experience in commercial development, client relations, and portfolio management.
  • Fluency in German and English at a native level.

Work Environment

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Standard working days from Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working model
