Job Title: Content Marketing Manager (B2C)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Darwin Recruitment. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content on behalf of our FinTech clients to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients and their customers.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Optimize and measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives results.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with FinTech clients or in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Fluency in German language (C1 minimum).
