You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising Solution Architects, UX Designers, and Service Designers.
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be accountable for conceptualizing and designing the architectural and solution components that align with the product vision and roadmap.
- You will establish and refine architectural guiding principles to direct our platform and solution development alongside fellow solutions architects.
- Your role will involve participating in technical discussions for projects, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- In collaboration with the team, you will develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions, implement them, and ensure their ongoing maintenance.
- You will articulate your solution concepts effectively.
- Enjoy creative freedom and opportunities for growth: Propel technological innovations to facilitate business advancements.
- Advocate for best practices in software development.
- Assume responsibility: Mentor and coach other developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Personality and Work Style: Strong persuasive and networking abilities, excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary and diverse teams. Exceptional analytical and conceptual presentation skills. A strong focus on teamwork and goal achievement, combined with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and an agile mindset.
- Experience and Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in Software Development, with experience in complex IT infrastructure environments, and a background as a Software Architect and Solutions Architect. Proficiency in Java and Spring or application development (frontend, Angular, Typescript, CSS is advantageous), as well as familiarity with build systems (Gradle is a plus, Maven, etc.). Knowledge of Azure cloud building blocks, Azure ADX, and ADT deployment and monitoring is essential. Additionally, experience in designing and building solution components on Azure PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS services is required. A solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban, along with a basic understanding of UX and service engineering, is also necessary.
- Languages: Proficient in both German and English.
