As an Intern/Work Student (all genders) in our Marketing department, you will:

  • Assist in conducting market research and tracking industry developments.
  • Support the Global Retention Team in both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Engage in customer retention strategies aimed at minimizing churn and enhancing revenue.
  • Help gather data and perform analyses to inform key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program in business management, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Tableau, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
