Ihre Rolle.

Als Teamleiter/in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung und Entwicklung Ihres Teams. Dazu gehören das Recruiting, die Zusammenstellung des Teams sowie die effektive Einsatzplanung. Sie fördern eine motivierende und dynamische Atmosphäre im Verkaufsraum.

Sie gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Prozesse im Store und optimieren den Warenfluss. Zudem sind Sie für die abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation zuständig und stehen in engem Austausch mit den Area Managern und Fachabteilungen.

Als Vorbild in Kunden- und Serviceorientierung verstehen Sie sich als Gastgeber/in und tragen aktiv zum Verkauf bei, um eine optimale Customer Journey zu gewährleisten.

Sie sind verantwortlich für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und repräsentieren die Werte und Visionen der TOM TAILOR GROUP. Zudem analysieren Sie wichtige Kennzahlen und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.

Ihr Profil.

Sie bringen erste Führungserfahrungen mit und verfügen über die notwendigen Soft Skills: wertschätzende Kommunikation, Empathie, Delegationsfähigkeit, sowie ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.

Sie arbeiten organisiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig. Ihre hohe Auffassungsgabe und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie aus. Zudem zeigen Sie eine Hands-on-Mentalität und agieren proaktiv.

Ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung machen Sie zum Vorbild für Ihr Team. Sie sind technikaffin und arbeiten gerne mit digitalen Retail-Tools.
