AREA MANAGER (M/W/D)

LOCATION: MUNICH

ONLY Stores Germany GmbH, a partner of Bestseller Retail, is in search of a skilled and motivated Area Manager for the Munich region to facilitate the growth and enhancement of the ONLY & SONS brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor Shop Managers
  • Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Retail Management teams
  • Oversee all personnel within your designated area
  • Efficiently organize store operations
  • Execute company policies and procedures
  • Conduct training and development workshops
  • Ensure optimal staffing in relation to customer flow
  • Exemplify and promote outstanding customer service
  • Actively participate in sales on the retail floor
  • Manage and oversee inventory processes
  • Plan and coordinate promotions for your area

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on leading by example
  • Completed professional training in textiles
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and comprehensive market knowledge
  • Strong numerical skills and entrepreneurial approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
