Position Overview

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the commissioning of construction initiatives in the realm of substations and switch stations.
  • Guaranteeing the effective execution of all operational tasks related to the construction, renovation, and enhancement of substations and switch stations.
  • Conducting assembly operations on electrical apparatus in high and medium-voltage systems while assuming the role of on-site equipment and work supervisor.
  • Educating partner firms on electrical installations and supervising assembly activities.
  • Facilitating the upkeep of facilities to ensure occupational, environmental, and health safety, along with accident prevention measures.
  • Engaging in the development and refinement of project documentation and being available for on-call responsibilities.
  • Potential for mobile assignments following training, contingent upon residency in the operational area.

Your Qualifications

  • Technical training in electrical engineering, with ongoing or completed additional certifications (Master Electrician/Technician or equivalent).
  • Background knowledge in energy supply systems.
  • Acquainted with medium and high-voltage switching systems (up to 110kV) or willingness to undergo relevant training.
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction as a core value.
  • Ability to identify and utilize personal strengths to enhance team performance and celebrate collective achievements.
  • Exhibiting enthusiasm, conviction, and the ability to inspire others.
  • Willingness to explore innovative solutions with curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Competent in standard IT applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license BE.
