Lead Electrical Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the initiation and execution of construction projects related to substations and switching facilities.
• Guaranteeing the effective implementation of all operational tasks associated with the construction, renovation, and enhancement of substations and switching facilities.
• Conducting assembly operations on electrical apparatus in high and medium-voltage environments while assuming the role of on-site equipment and task supervisor.
• Educating partner firms on electrical installations and supervising their assembly activities.
• Assisting in the upkeep of facilities to ensure occupational, environmental, and health safety, along with accident prevention measures.
• Engaging in the development and refinement of project documentation and being available for emergency response duties.
• Potential for mobility as an employee after receiving training, contingent upon residency in the designated operational area.

Your Qualifications

• Completion of a technical apprenticeship in electrical engineering, with ongoing or completed advanced qualifications (Master Electrician/Technician or equivalent).
• Experience in the energy supply sector.
• Knowledge of switching systems for medium and high-voltage (up to 110kV) or a willingness to receive training in this area.
• Strong customer focus, with a commitment to prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Ability to identify and utilize personal strengths to enhance team performance and celebrate collective achievements.
• Exhibiting enthusiasm, conviction, and the ability to inspire others.
• Willingness to explore innovative solutions for improvement with a proactive mindset.
• Competence in standard IT applications (Microsoft Office).
• Possession of a valid driver's license BE.
