Equal Personal GmbH & Co. KG Winnenden is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microwave Development Engineer to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology in various sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the development process of microwave components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to define product specifications for microwave components.
  • Conduct precise electronic calibration of products to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Design innovative passive microwave components tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Utilize simulation tools and project implementation strategies to assess the feasibility of new designs.
  • Propose creative technical and economic solutions to optimize product development processes.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of microwave technology principles and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement technology and instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with SCT Studio Suite is a significant advantage.
  • A strong foundation in physics and its application to engineering problems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
