About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG in Backnang. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronic components and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic components and systems from product specifications to prototype realization and testing
- Perform electronic verification of developed products
- Optimize passive microwave components to meet customer specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies (simulations and project implementation)
- Introduce new ideas for advanced technical and economic solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Familiarity with microwave technology is an advantage
- Experience in measurement technology
- Knowledge of SCT Studio Suite is a plus
- Basic understanding of physics
- Fluent German and English language skills
