Als Regulatory Reporting Manager bei Sopra Steria übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Durchführung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Regulatory Reporting / Meldewesen. Sie bauen und übernehmen ein Projektteam und sind für die Einhaltung des Budgets, der Zeitplanung sowie der Erfüllung des geforderten Leistungsumfangs in entsprechender Qualität verantwortlich.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Umsetzung von neuen regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Identifikation von Trends im Regulatory Reporting und Entwicklung von Beratungs- und Service-Offerings
  • Fachliche, technische und prozessuale Beratung unserer Kunden im Bereich Meldewesen unter Nutzung von Standardsoftware (Abacus360 oder andere Softwarelösungen)
  • Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Realisierung von Vertriebspotenzialen im regulatorischen Umfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Regulatory Reporting bei Sopra Steria
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, -Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Umfangreiche Beratungserfahrung in einem renommierten Beratungshaus oder Führungsposition im Umfeld Regulatory Reporting bei einer Bank oder einem Finanzdienstleister
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen und deren Umsetzung im Bankenumfeld sowie der wesentlichen Kennzahlen des Meldewesens
  • Erfahrungen in der Integration von Regulatory Reporting Lösungen in Banksteuerungsarchitekturen
  • Tiefgreifende Erfahrung im Business Development
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Strukturierung und Leitung von Projekten sowie entsprechende Methodenkompetenz im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse einer Meldewesensoftware (bevorzugt Abacus360 Banking)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
