Work alongside your team in the Financial Services sector to review annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards, particularly for banks, leasing and factoring companies, investment management firms, and insurance entities of various sizes and legal forms.
Your Responsibilities
If you aspire to leverage your accounting expertise to strategically advance the Financial Services Audit sector, here’s how you can contribute:
- As a member of a (partially international) team of accounting specialists, you will engage in extensive development and growth opportunities within a dynamic environment focused on accounting issues.
- In the Regulatory Affairs department, you will address a wide array of accounting inquiries pertinent to the financial sector (HGB, IFRS, and investment-related accounting), including sustainability reporting.
- To become a (Senior) Manager in Regulatory Affairs (w/m/d) with us, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Law, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have successfully completed the auditor examination.
- You have gained professional experience in the financial services sector or in sustainability reporting within a regulatory or (national or European) political context or in asset management.
- Your ability and interest in foundational work, particularly in addressing the requirements of (non-)financial reporting in the financial sector, set you apart.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a holistic approach to problem-solving in collaboration with a team of specialists.
- You have teaching skills for knowledge transfer to colleagues and clients (including appropriate media use).
- You excel in communicating complex issues effectively and have experience with databases for knowledge management and dissemination.
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, complete your qualifications.
