Role Overview

As a 5G Testing Engineer, you will be instrumental in the integration and validation of cutting-edge 3GPP features on the CMX500 platform. Your contributions will ensure the robustness and reliability of our 5G systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration and Verification: Execute the integration and verification processes for 3GPP features, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • Scripting Development: Create and refine scripts for the system verification team to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Usability Feedback: Provide insightful feedback regarding usability to the development teams, fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in 3GPP LTE and NR/5G signaling procedures, particularly in RRC, NAS Layer, and inter-rat procedures.
  • Practical Skills: Hands-on experience in signaling protocol testing, test case development, UE automation, and data plane verification.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Python and the pytest framework is advantageous.
  • Tool Knowledge: Understanding of GIT, JIRA, and RTC Jazz is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential, with a good command of German being beneficial.
