Lead Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead product initiatives within our portfolio company, driving innovation and growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior engineers, data analysts, and key business stakeholders across sales, procurement, and finance to develop features that enhance business performance.
Our portfolio company, established in 2021 and headquartered in Berlin, operates a pioneering marketplace that transforms one of the largest supply chains globally. The mission is to unlock the immense potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by offering global access to premium products through an innovative platform. Since its inception, the firm has discreetly served numerous companies without a public profile.
Key Responsibilities- Convert business objectives into actionable product strategies and execute them effectively.
- Evaluate customer requirements, market trends, and potential partnerships from a return on investment and build-versus-buy perspective.
- Manage the product roadmap, planning and executing product launches.
- Facilitate organizational collaboration to bring products to market, including go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
- Work in partnership with Engineering and Business teams to deliver products that align with the strategic vision, meet market demands, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic product management capacity.
- Prior experience in web software, particularly within marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, or fintech sectors.
- Familiarity with managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex projects.
- Experience with minimum viable products, conducting customer interviews, and engaging in continuous feedback and discovery processes.
- Proficient in Business English; fluency in German is advantageous.
