Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Unterstützung des oberen Managements durch die Generierung von Erkenntnissen aus Datenanalysen
  • Bereitstellung und Auswertung von Erkenntnissen aus Marken-, Trend- und Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen
  • Organisation und Steuerung von bereichsübergreifenden Themen (Sortimentsverwaltung je Kategorie)
  • Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen (kategoriespezifisch)
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
  • Überführung von Fragestellungen aus den Bereichen Einkauf, Vertrieb und Marketing in datenbasierte Analysen, die auf Shopper- und Kategorie-Insights basieren
  • Entwicklung kundenorientierter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Erschließung von Potenzialen unter Verwendung interner und externer Datenquellen sowie Analysetools (z. B. GfK SimIT / AnalyzeIT, Nielsen CatCom usw.)
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Schulungen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Organisation von Kategoriebasisanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Kategorien bei sortimentsbezogenen Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Kontinuierliche Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Shopper Marketing, Category Management oder Marktforschung ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse von GfK Haushaltspaneldaten und Erfahrung mit Nielsen Handelspaneldaten sind erforderlich
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten sowie an der Erstellung von Analysen und Präsentationen
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
