You will

  • lead products and projects in the data field comprehensively and holistically, and take over the disciplinary leadership of the assigned product and project employees
  • bear economic responsibility for data products and projects, and identify new business opportunities for our data expertise within the Sparkassen-Finanzgroup
  • drive the strategic positioning of the data and BI topics of S-Com within the Sparkassen-Finanzgroup and represent S-Com in the corresponding committees
  • ensure that synergies and efficiencies of the teams in the respective program are used, and promote the exchange and cross-program cooperation
  • represent the customer perspective in the long term and ensure the best possible product-market fit across the individual teams
  • prioritize projects in the event of resource bottlenecks within your program
  • be a professional sparring partner for the teams in product development and project implementation
  • assemble and coordinate project and product teams, and define steering paradigms, project setups, and synchronization forms
  • submit professional guidelines for the operation and further development of the products of the respective program
  • be responsible for quality assurance and the definition of quality gates
  • perform project analyses, reviews, and reports based on defined KPIs
  • promote cross-functional, interdisciplinary cooperation in S-Com

You are

  • well-prepared for the task with a completed degree in the humanities, social sciences, or economics, or a comparable qualification
  • a professional in the structured leadership of complex projects and have gained extensive expertise in the data field in recent years
  • versed in data integration and BI tools, and familiar with data preparation and analysis, as well as data visualization and dashboarding projects
  • experienced in strategic consulting for customers and in diverse political stakeholder management
  • experienced in professional and disciplinary leadership of teams, and distinguished by interdisciplinary knowledge
  • characterized by strong communication skills and diplomatic skills, making you a recognized leader who knows how to motivate employees to develop the best possible solution
