Du suchst nach einer neuen Herausforderung in der Vertriebsbranche? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in bei BS Sales Academy GmbH wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams und hast die Möglichkeit, deine Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und zu verbessern.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
  • **Qualifizierungsgespräche**: Du führst Qualifizierungsgespräche mit potenziellen Kunden und triffst klare Entscheidungen, ob unser Coaching für die Kandidat:innen geeignet ist.
  • **Kontaktmanagement**: Du gehst Kontakte ohne Termine und nicht wahrgenommene Termine an und bist eigenverantwortlich für die schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Neukunden & Bestandskunden zuständig.
  • **CRM-Verantwortung**: Du übernimmst die Pflege unseres Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM) und stellst sicher, dass alle Kundeninformationen aktuell und korrekt sind.
  • **Kundenakquise**: Du stellst den Kontakt mit unseren Interessenten her und lädst sie auf ein kostenloses Erstgespräch ein.
**Qualifikationen und Anforderungen**
  • **Erfahrung im Vertrieb**: Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sammeln können oder arbeitest aktuell in der Event- oder Gastro-Branche oder bist im Fundraising tätig.
  • **Sprachkenntnisse**: Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist kommunikativ und hast Bock, neue potenzielle Kund:innen an Land zu ziehen.
  • **Arbeitsweise**: Du arbeitest proaktiv & selbstständig und überzeugst im Kund:innenkontakt durch Deine schlagfertige und gleichzeitig charmante Art am Telefon - auch in Videocalls überzeugst Du mit Deinem Auftreten.
