About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at Alstom in Mannheim. As a key member of our Corporate Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance and growth of our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR function for our site in Mannheim, providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to source and select high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including labor law and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with experience in HR systems and tools.
