Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Ihre Verantwortung

In unserem Team in Mannheim, wo über 1000 Mitarbeiter aus 36 Nationen zusammenarbeiten, sind Sie als HR Site Leader (w/m/d) verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Personalführung. Sie berichten direkt an den HR Director für Rolling Stock & Components und leiten ein engagiertes Team von 3 Fachkräften.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für das operative Personalmanagement innerhalb einer komplexen, überregionalen Struktur.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten.
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines HR-Teams von 3 Personen.
  • Aktive Optimierung der Personalmanagementprozesse und -strukturen.
  • Implementierung eines zukunftsorientierten Talentmanagements.
  • Begleitung des Rekrutierungsprozesses.
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Life Cycle.
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen.
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen.

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen HR-Führungsposition in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der modernen Personalinstrumente.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung und Entwicklung von HR-Teams.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten.
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine pragmatische, hands-on Mentalität.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP.
