Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR departments to ensure seamless system functionality and user adoption.
- Design and execute implementation projects for HR systems, leveraging your analytical skills and process optimization expertise.
- Perform system maintenance and software rollouts to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Create comprehensive training materials and technical documentation to support user understanding and adoption.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in SAP-based HR systems, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- A degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on technical expertise.
- A passion for process optimization and strong analytical skills to drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
