About the Role:
This position is with a prominent global provider of innovative solutions in business processes and data management. They enhance their clients' operations through process optimization and intelligent automation.
As a SAP Program Director, you will collaborate with internal teams to adapt system processes to meet new requirements, ensuring that these modifications align with SAP standards. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from various departments, developing relevant business cases, conducting feasibility analyses, and providing implementation and ongoing support in partnership with external implementation teams.
You will manage projects focusing on SAP FI/CO, Fiori, S/4HANA, Integrated Business Planning, and Analytics, ensuring project success in terms of time, scope, budget, and quality while fostering a collaborative and respectful environment among internal colleagues and external service providers.
Key Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as an IT project leader in the design, execution, oversight, and management of international innovation, migration, and deployment initiatives, preferably with template-based rollouts.
- Extensive knowledge of Solution Manager 7.2, including Focused Build, along with the modeling conventions and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Experience in process management in finance and accounting, particularly with BPMN 2.0 for upstream processes and systems.
- Cross-module SAP expertise and comprehensive integration knowledge across the diverse SAP landscape: FI/CO, S/4HANA, HANA, Fiori, and hybrid applications.
- Professional experience in a functional and technical capacity within the SAP environment.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship.
