Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Carrier. As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of spare parts and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of spare parts and services to customers
  • Manage and track orders from receipt to delivery
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Process and approve supplier invoices and technician timesheets
  • Handle returns and check service warehouses
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement and commercial processing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office
  • Basic English skills desired
